Is each piece made to order?
All of our pieces are made to order and individually crafted using 18K gold and hand-selected stones. Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 4 weeks for production.
Do you offer bespoke designs?
Yes, these may include pieces created around a particular gemstone, personal idea or portrait. Contact us to discuss what you have in mind.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. Natural gemstones vary in colour, markings and character, meaning no two stones are ever completely identical. Because of this, variations and inclusions may occur and are part of what makes each stone unique.
What gemstones do you use?
Our jewellery features a wide variety of precious and semi-precious gemstones, from emeralds, rubies and sapphires to moonstone, peridot, tourmaline, chrome diopside and other unusual stones. Each is chosen for its individual colour and character.
How do I find my ring size?
The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to have your finger measured by a professional jeweller. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Can a ring be resized?
This depends on the design, setting and gemstones used. Some rings can be resized while others require more specialised work. Please contact us with the piece you are considering and your required size.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes and household cleaning products. Gold can be gently cleaned with a soft cloth, while gemstone pieces may require more specific care.
What is your return policy?
As each piece is unique, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We offer a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects such as loose stones or faulty clasps. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care. If a piece is eligible under warranty, we will repair it free of charge.
How do you handle shipping and insurance?
All of our pieces are made to order and individually crafted using hand-selected materials and stones. Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 4 weeks for production.
We ship worldwide using trusted couriers. Exact delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Insurance is available on request.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery?
Any duties, taxes or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments are not included.
